We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and EMI/instalment plans via supported credit cards.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@redleafliquidation.ca.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from My Account → Orders.

Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never store your full card number on our servers.

Yes — free local delivery within Edmonton and surrounding areas on orders over $150. Orders outside the Edmonton delivery area, or under $150, have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Yes! Customers in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas (Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont) can choose free local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email with our address once your order is ready.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, with receipt for unused items in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

Liquidation products are customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pull items sourced from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. Items may have minor cosmetic blemishes but are fully functional unless noted as "As-Is".

Manufacturer warranties may apply to some items but are not guaranteed on liquidation goods. We offer our own 7-Day return/replacement policy on all purchases.

We do our best to use accurate, representative photos. For liquidation items, the actual product may differ slightly from stock photos. Condition notes in the product description always take precedence.
